Please read these terms carefully before using our services.

All prices can be reviewed at https://www.kgnpay.host at any time.
Acceptable payment method for services is provided on official website.
All payment invoices are generated 7 days before payment is due. Failure to pay by the due date will result in suspended and ultimately terminated service. Late payments are subject to a payable late fee.
Subscription based payments can be canceled at any time but refund/credit back can't be applicable after 7 days.
As a registered customer of **KGNPAYHOST**, you agree to receive emails promoting any special offer(s), including third party offer(s). You may unsubscribe from newsletters by clicking the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any newsletter we've sent.
All information provided during registration is subject to **KGNPAYHOST**'s Privacy Policy.
If a product has free migration, it applies only to the same platform (e.g., cPanel to cPanel, Plesk to Plesk). Free migration across different panels is not provided.

Clients must provide accurate and complete information at registration. **KGNPAYHOST** is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect or incomplete details.
Clients must verify successful registration/renewal of domains. Notify support within 7 working days if any issue arises.
**KGNPAYHOST** is not liable for domain loss caused by invalid info, late payments, technical faults, or failure to notify us.
.in domains require KYC documentation. Failure to provide KYC may result in registration failure, suspension, or deletion without refund.

Free backup is provided automatically. Only data available on storage server can be recovered.
Accounts larger than 10GB & 100,000 inodes are excluded from backups.
**KGNPAYHOST** is not responsible for files/data on accounts; clients must maintain their own backups.
Backup rotation is daily/weekly with max 4 retentions.
No backup is provided if account is suspended due to non-payment.

At least 90% of website files must be linked to active content. Sites with no HTML content or many unlinked files may face removal/suspension.
Hosting/downloading media, software, movies is prohibited on Shared, Unlimited, and Reseller plans.
Compressed files must not be stored in bulk or used for download purposes.
The .trash folder is not for long-term storage and may be automatically deleted.

Adult content, including pornography, explicit material, or nudity, is strictly prohibited.

Any unsolicited email, bulk emailing, or spam will result in account termination without refund.

IRC scripts, proxies, torrents, warez, hacking tools, illegal activity sites, adult domains, IP scanners, background processes, streaming content are prohibited.
Trademark-infringing domain registrations are prohibited; violations may result in deletion or suspension without refund.
Customers cannot use **KGNPAYHOST** servers for backups; they are responsible for data security and script/plugin updates.

Suspended services due to malware, phishing, or prohibited content incur a reactivation fee of **Rs. 3000 INR**. No rebates provided.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms. Effective from: **6 October, 2025**
